Учитывая праздники, доехал девайс нормально, но не скажу что быстро. Работает отлично. Инструкция на английском. Переключаю привычным сочетанием клавиш Scroll Lock + Scroll Lock + 1/2/3/4 (вместо Scroll Lock можно использовать Ctrl 2 раза). Переключается быстро, намного быстрее моего старого KVM от D-Link. У меня все мониторы Full HD, так что про 4K ничего сказать не могу. В комплекте провода только USB-С. Длинные (я боялся, что будут короткие, но мне везде хватило, длинна примерно 1,5м.). Покупкой доволен, рекомендую.

Neat KVM in an Aluminium case. The keyboard instructions are a little vague, you need to tap the key twice then press 1 to 4 to select your input. Other than that it is a high quality product.

This is an excellent KVM. I ordered it for a secondary display and liked it so much that I replaced my main KVM with it; now I am going to order a second one. Note that it does not do device emulation - only the active port will see keyboard/mouse/monitor connected, when you switch ports it will be like unplugging from one device and plugging into another. Most of my equipment actually works better this way, though. It passes through the real USB IDs of your mouse and keyboard. It supports hotkey switching by tapping Control or Scroll Lock twice, followed by a number. It is very small. It does not need or have its own power supply, it is powered by the USB ports of the devices it is hooked up to.
